When nRESET is taken low, the core abandons the current instruction it was executing and starts to indicate internal cycles on nMREQ/SEQ.
If MCLK was high in the cycle that nRESET was taken low the core will not change nMREQ/SEQ to indicate internal cycles, therefore MCLK needs to be low in the cycle that nRESET is taken low to correctly reset the core.
