This can occur when the RVT2 unit is not connected directly to the host PC via a USB 2.0 port. Please ensure that the RVT2 has been detected and that the drivers are properly installed.
The drivers can be found in %ARM_RVI_ROOT%Driversusb_driverversionuildplatform
