Where does DAPCLK come from?

Answer

DAPCLK is the clock for the debug bus which connects your chosen DP with
the AHB-AP contained inside the Cortex-M3. It is specified to be fully
asynchronous to all other clocks in the system, but for simple systems
(and in the example CortexM3Integration.v we provide) it may be (and
is) driven from the same source as HCLK.
