When I try to run C166, A166 or L166 in DOS mode (restarting the computer in DOS) I get the following message:
This program cannot be run in DOS mode
What does it mean and how can I run the tools in DOS?
The version 4 tools are 32-bit applications, unlike the previous versions which were 16-bit. This means that they cannot run without Windows running at the same time.
In Windows, go to the DOS prompt and run the tools from there. You can switch to full screen and still be able to run the tools successfully.
