In Windows NT, I receive the following error message:
File Error: Cannot Find CTL3DV2.DLL
and Windows NT presents one of the following error messages:
Cannot run 16-bit Windows program. This program requires a newer version of Windows.
Cannot run the 16-bit program. The application is not supported by Windows NT.
Can't run 16-bit Windows program. One of the library files needed to run <path><program> is damaged. Please reinstall this application.
This occassionally happens on Windows NT systems when a dll gets "lost" or "corrupted" by another application. This is usually an internal problem with NT generated by a "rogue" application. The only effect on the Keil tools is that the DLL in question is absent or corrupted and the Keil applications are unable to run.
